- John lives in Lake Dallas with his daughters, mother, and their three little dogs, Poppy, Whiskey, and Maui. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family, hitting the area lakes on their boat or jet ski, archery, golfing, and movies. He likes to try all different cuisines, but Pho is his favorite go-to.

- Dr. Carter has proudly served the veteran population as a trainee and audiologist in Georgia, Tennessee, Missouri and now, Texas. She lives in Richardson, TX with her husband and two daughters. Whitney is a devoted Chiefs football fan, she enjoys reading and stitching. Whitney also loves classical and pop music, she is getting better at playing the piano every day.

I have been very impressed with John Laranang and his knowledge. He ordered and fitted me with new Starkey hearing aids.He used a device to balance my hearing aids with different voice tones I have never had that done before my hearing aids are very sharp I really like them. I am very pleased with my hearing aids and with John.

Very informative and takes time to explain what is happening with your hearing and to find the device best for you. Once device is received, again they take time help you get to know it and the options available during use. Highly recommend the Decatur Livingston Hearing Aid Center. Just remember you get what you pay for, you want something GOOD this is the place.
