Rick Navarro

- Doctor of Audiology
- Dr. Richard Navarro has served the hard-of-hearing community of all ages for over 50 years as a former professor of audiology and practicing audiologist. In addition to his audiology skills, he has invented a number of commonly used devices and procedures in audiology, has authored over 150 publications/presentations and the book “Resurrection of the Blue Planet”. He is an international speaker in both audiology and renewable energy. He holds 5 patents with two patents pending. He has been hearing impaired since childhood and wears binaural hearing aids. He served on the Wisconsin Governors’ Committee on Deafness and The Special Legislative Committee on the Criminal Justice System and the Developmentally Disabled. He was named a Waldo-Sangren Scholar at Western Michigan University and a Distinguished Alumnae in 2020. He has two children and two grandchildren.

Dr. McQueen and Livingston Hearing Aids is an excellent choice for all your hearing needs. Dr. McQueen has been patient testing and explaining my tinnitus and high frequency hearing loss. I follow-up with her twice a year to check my aids and retest my hearing. Highly recommend Dr. McQueen and Livingston Hearing Aids.

Dr. Melanie was warm, gracious and efficient in the testing process. Best of all, she noted that my present aids were not properly adjusted and scheduled a time for bringing them to their fullest capacity.
