Robert and Kristy are very polite and listen to your concerns. Robert is genuine and knowledgeable about helping you get the best recovery of your hearing as possible. Having Robert and an office in Henderson in a huge help to us as patients. We would spent half a day driving to and from Tyler plus our appointment time. Great asset to our town.
