Our service provider was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely patient. You just tell that he had a deep understanding of his Profession that comes with years of experience. And concern and empathy was evidence by the time he took for testing and discussing the near impossible challenge he was facing. You just don’t get this level of service in the discount houses.
