The doctor is proficient, capable, and professional. She took care of my needs with expertise. Her assistant was knowledgeable, as well, with team spirit and with every intention of servicing my hearing aid needs. I have been a client of Livingston for 20 years, and have visited at least 4 locations including Bedford, Athens, Tyler, and Palestine. In all locations, I have received the help I needed, and treated VERY fairly and courteously. I am at home with my care at Livingston.

The staff are very helpful and make sure you understand what they are talking about and that you understand the way your equipment works and how each function works awesome experience and you don’t have to worry about getting in touch with them they are very efficient responding back to you

They are knowledgeable,professional,friendly, and they run the kind of business you wish the others would. They took the time to explain things in terms that I could understand I recommend them to anyone wo needs help with their hearing to call them for an appointment.
