John has been helping the hard of hearing in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and northern New Mexico for over 14 years. He enjoys helping people and reconnecting patients with their families and friends. He looks forward to meeting Livingston patients and assisting them with all of their hearing care needs.

Dr. Richard Navarro has served the hard-of-hearing community of all ages for over 50 years as a former professor of audiology and practicing audiologist. In addition to his audiology skills, he has invented a number of commonly used devices and procedures in audiology, has authored over 150 publications/presentations and the book “Resurrection of the Blue Planet”. He is an international speaker in both audiology and renewable energy. He holds 5 patents with two patents pending. He has been hearing impaired since childhood and wears binaural hearing aids. He served on the Wisconsin Governors’ Committee on Deafness and The Special Legislative Committee on the Criminal Justice System and the Developmentally Disabled. He was named a Waldo-Sangren Scholar at Western Michigan University and a Distinguished Alumnae in 2020. He has two children and two grandchildren.

Richard Earnest was born and raised in Artesia, NM. Richard now resides in Santa Fe with two of his three daughters and their dog Tank. His oldest daughter is currently a student at UNM in Albuquerque. On the weekends Richard and his daughters enjoy taking in all that Santa Fe has to offer.
