As someone who has had hearing aids for quite some time and isn’t a senior citizen I appreciate Megan and the staff at the Rockwell center. Not only did she help fit me with new hearing aids I can hear better than before and she truly cares about me and my life. She has done such a great job helping me find new ears and not pressure me into something. She understands what it is like and wants me to hear better. Since I got my new ears I have been able to get back to life and I can hear things again. I know everyone says that but I am truly thankful that she took the time to help me and the follow up appointments to get things working correctly. As someone who has worn hearing aids for like 15 years and has dealt with ENTs thinking I am crazy she understood me. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart and my wife’s heart as well cause the TV isn’t blasting anymore. If you have been putting off going to get your ears checked this is the place to go. I have been to so many places and passed off as just another customer until now where I feel like someone truly cares about helping me live a better life and get more out of life. Hearing isn’t something to take for granted if you are struggling get help it isn’t something to be ashamed of. I am 42 and have had hearing aids since my 20’s and honestly I have truly never felt cared for until now. I thank you Megan and everyone at the Rockwall center for all your help. I have learned new sounds and my ears are happier thank you all for everything you do!!

Great and professional

I purchased new hearing aids here in July. The staff here goes above and beyond with friendly service. They continue to work with me as I get accustom to new devices. Megan is very patient with my concerns. 5 stars

Went with my Dad to have his hearing aids cleaned/checked. She’s always happy to see my Dad and treats him with utmost respect. As always Megan is professional and kind, patient and understanding. She does a great job in explaining things thoroughly.
