When not working she enjoys spending time with her family/friends, watching movies, and traveling. Her hobbies include hiking and cooking new dishes. She enjoys yoga and long walks. Erica speaks Spanish and knows some American Sign Language.

She is the co-director of her church choir and enjoys reading and computer programming. Dr. Andrew is also passionate about researching and implementing healthy lifestyle options using diet, exercise, and meditation.

Erica did a very thorough job cleaning my ears with only a little discomfort. Also having my hearing aids inspected and professionally cleaned helps a lot to keep them in peak performance. Employees were very helpful in assisting me with a faulty hearing aid. The technician tried her best to get the faulty hearing aid to work, but was unsuccessful, so it was sent for repair. I appreciate their kindness very much!
