My recent appointment with Livingston Hearing Aids in Granbury, Texas was a rewarding experience. Hearing Specialist Terri Raulerson was exceptional.

I cannot recommend Livingston Hearing Aid Center highly enough! I was hot mess arriving to Livingston Hearing Aid when my hearing aid, which was bought from a different store, stopped working. Terry, an absolute angel, was incredibly informative and managed to fix the issue with skill and efficiency. The service I received was above and beyond what I expected, and it’s a relief to know there are still places that treat you with such care and expertise. The visit was good glad to get wax out of ears and aids are working good good job

This was a walk-in and did not have an appointment. My left hearing aid was not functioning. I was welcomed without hesitation. Technician took my hearing aid, cleaned it and it is now working fine.

Dr. Charles is amazing dad has dropped and broke his aid several times and dr. Charles has fixed it each time with no charge, and Mindy went out of her way to transfer dad’s aid to a different location so that it was easier for me to pick up!!! These days customer service is hard to find, but not at Livingston!!

Terry is very thorough and pleasant to work with. She will take the time to make sure you understand what she is doing and will make sure she understands your needs in setting up or adjusting your hearing aids.
