- Richard Earnest was born and raised in Artesia, NM. Richard now resides in Santa Fe with two of his three daughters and their dog Tank. His oldest daughter is currently a student at UNM in Albuquerque. On the weekends Richard and his daughters enjoy taking in all that Santa Fe has to offer.

We visited Livingston Hearing Aid Center and met a very professional, polite, knowledgable Doctor. John did not try to get us to buy anything. He was very understanding and patient. He answered all our questions and was not in a hurry to get us out the door. After our meeting, we decided to take our business to him. I would highly recommend Livingston Hearing Aid.

Livingston was recommended by a friend, who swears by her hearing aids. It was time for me to get them, so I set up an appointment. So far, so good. Still getting used to the hearing aids — will probably take some time. And I’ll need to play around with the phone app to get the best results. Irma and Esther in the front office are knowledgeable and helpful. And they have good senses of humor. John is very thorough and knowledgable. Also with a good sense of humor. I like that they offer lifetime follow-up visits. In fact, I’ve got a follow-up visit in two weeks. Good job, all. Thanks.

So far, I am pleased with the hearing aids, and with the competent service provided by Crystal. Update: as of today, I’ve had several productive appointments with Crystal, and each time I’ve been very happy with the progress. She even worked some magic to get me a more affordable payment plan. Getting used to new hearing aids can be challenging, and I previously wasted much time and money on an expensive, inferior product and poor service. I had to give up expecting solutions, and I feel very lucky to have tried again with Livingston.
