Our service provider was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely patient. You just tell that he had a deep understanding of his Profession that comes with years of experience. And concern and empathy was evidence by the time he took for testing and discussing the near impossible challenge he was facing. You just don’t get this level of service in the discount houses. I would recommend Livingston Hearing Aid Center to everyone whom would be in the market for Hearing Aids. We couldn’t be happier.

This office does an amazing job. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. And at my last visit, i got the best hearing tests I’ve ever had. Today I am wearing hearing aids to test them out and so far I’m very pleased. Thank you

The reason for my 5 star review, Drew Barclay is my Batman ( with his side kick Robin…) If I could handout more stars I would. Anyone with hearing loss will understand where I’m coming from and talking about. I have around 70% hearing loss in each ear. I have a hearing bar for the TV. Still need to turn up to 90%. I have to have everything repeated constantly. I have to have the person in front of me to beable to hear them…..MAYBE. Because there are those that have an accent or pitch and hearing them just isn’t going to happen. Then there is the cell phone. You have to have all conversations on speaker…..then conversation on speaker with the phone up to your ear to try to hear your call better. I had new middle of the line hearing aides ( I dont think I should name the hearing aide company, but I definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Ive only had these aides a little over 2 years. This wasn’t living, but thought it was the extent, for my hearing loss. Then I met Drew Barclay. He ran into a lot of brick walls with this company, but he made me a promise he would make it right.. He corrected all they’re wrongs. He found Starkey hearing aides that were compatible with my new phone. I cried when I put them in. I was amazed. I no longer have to have TV bar in the 90’s. I no longer have to have speaker on phone. I no longer get background noise. I can hear conversation behind me. The list goes on. They have changed my life. Yep, Drew, Starkey and modern technology have changed my life. That’s why 5 plus stars.
