Bought my hearing aids about two years ago. Livingston has been outstanding in their attention to all the details associated with keeping them in excellent condition. I’m now simply returning for periodic cleaning.

This is the very best audiological provider in town. I get amazing service there. Jonathan Herd is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and totally professional. I cannot imagine going any place sell for one thing because they will never try to sell you something that you don’t need. There’s no pressure to buy. There’s only excellent customer service and dedicated hearing professionals. I refer everybody I know who has hearing loss here and I absolutely recommend them with no reservations Note that I just bought my second hearing aid from them and I am delighted with it and the fact it is high-quality, And the fact that Jonathan absolutely gets it about how complicated my hearing loss is and how he strives to meet all of my needs.

The reception crew is always friendly and it’s nice they remember my name as soon as I walk in the door.
