Appehensive at first after three experiences of “over the internet” hearing aid “specials,” I went to Dr. Melissa Mansell…had a very good experience with her intensive testing and decided to try one (1) hearing aid on my left ear (problem hearing correctly). Dr. Mansell was patient and absolutely great. After several months now, I am highly pleased with the follow up visit and Dr. Mansell’s advice on how to adjust, etc. Don’t let this lady’s youth bother you — she knows her stuff!!! Thank you Dr. Mansell for giving me my hearing back with a “hardly-can-see-it” hearing device! She’s great!.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love Ashley, the audiologist! She has great empathy because of her own experiences with hearing aids and has a vast knowledge of the ins and outs of living with them. I feel very confident about this new phase of life for me because of her and everyone else at Livingston. FEBRUARY 6, 2026 I called this morning about a non-working hearing aid and I was able to drop it off right away. It took Paul very little time to repair it and getting it in working order. I was able to pick it up just a couple of hours after drop off. These people take wonderful care of their clients!!

Appointment with Ashley today. Ashley is friendly, knowledgeable and professional regarding her work with customers. She spent extra time today to address questions my wife had regarding my hearing. My wife and I were very satisfied with the results from the appointment. I have been going to Livingston Hearing Centers for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very friendly and professional staff. If you have any concerns they make you feel at ease and answer every question.

Ashlee is very nice and knowledgeable takes the time to explain things to you. What ever you’re appointment time is she’s coming out to get you not waiting around 15 to 30 minutes to see her. She knows what experience your going through since she wears aids herself.

Went in for a six month update appt. Ashley was very helpful as was Paul.

Livingston Hearing aid Center is top notch in my book, they are always on time and address my every need. Ashley is competent and clearly understands the issues that patients are facing and provides the necessary services to address those issues.
